Temporary Disability Rights

                When talking about disability rights, people generally assume about disability during birth or long term disability due to accidents, injury or some critical illness. However, disability that results in a lack of performance for a short span of time is called temporary or short term disability.It may be required for an employee to take an off on the professional front in case of some illness or emergency. This falls under short term disability.The duration can be a few weeks unlike long term disability which extends between a few months to a couple of years or even a lifetime.
